The quickest & easiest way to share information.
MediaPOINTE products are designed for people who want an easy and efficient way to share information at any time. Whether your content is streamed live or recorded for on-demand viewing, there's a product that fits your way of doing things.
Built for the room it arrives in.
Everything MediaPOINTE makes captures what happened and gets it to the people who need to see it. What differs is the room — whether there's a network, a rack and an install waiting, or nothing at all.
Deployable command systems
One ruggedized case that opens into a pop-up command center — secure video, sensor feeds, applications and a network of its own, with nothing on site to plug into.
- Brings its own network — satellite, wire, Wi-Fi, mesh or cellular
- Cross domain solutions — share with allied and coalition partners
- Three external screens connect to the case
- TAC-CR3 and TAC-CR
Recorders, portals and players
Rack and appliance systems that live on the network you already have — capture the lecture, the procedure or the all-hands, then archive it, stream it live, and publish it on demand.
- Runs on your existing network and fileservers
- Viewers watch in a browser, with no client software
- DMR recorders, HD Portal, HD Webcaster, StorePOINTE
Seven industries. One way of working.
Universities stream and record lectures and guest speaker presentations. Hospitals record procedures and share them with colleagues everywhere. Corporations run online training, stream company announcements to employee PCs and boardroom TVs, and capture meetings for colleagues across the network.
Government
The world's most advanced tactical visual communications solution — multipoint video conferencing, sensor livestreaming, and encrypted transmission, with or without a network connection or power.

Education
Record the lecturer, upload the file to a secure fileserver, catalog it with the metadata you require, and push it to students, faculty, and your digital library — automatically.
Explore
Enterprise
Reach every employee for the budget meeting or the CEO announcement — live to desks and boardroom displays, then on demand for everyone who missed it.
Explore
Healthcare
Record procedures and share them with colleagues anywhere, on systems built to keep clinician and patient interactions secure and HIPAA compliant.
Explore
Retail
Cut the cost of training staff across every location, run corporate messaging after hours, and promote product on the floor — all from one content pipeline.
Explore
Worship
Recruit new members, share your content beyond the building, and grow donations by making every service available live and on demand.
ExploreOpen the case. You have a command post.
The TAC line is the heart of a pop-up command center — secure video, sensor feeds, applications and a self-contained network, in one ruggedized case.
Built for where the network isn't. Power cable, four latches, lid, power switch: four steps, one person, no tools. From there the case brings its own network over satellite, wire, Wi-Fi, mesh or cellular, and fails over between them without re-dialling the call.
- Scales into a command center — three external screens connect straight to the case, so it drives the displays already in the room instead of replacing them
- Readable in daylight — high-brightness optically bonded panels, no tent required
- Up to 3 classifications — with available TS/SCI Type 1 encryption
- Cross domain solutions — move information between classification levels and share it with allied and coalition partners, with the data filtering and inspection that makes releasing it defensible
- Goes dark on command — RF mute silences every transmitter without powering down
- Works with Microsoft Teams, Zoom, Google Meet and Webex
TAC-CR3
3 × 17.3″
Three panels — brief a room
TAC-CR
1 × 21.5″
One panel, one composited view
Camera
4K-UHD, 120° FOV
Auto framing, speaker tracking
Case
65 lbs configured
Waterproof, EMI/RFI shielded
Same case, same core, different viewing options — the codec, camera, switching, encryption, RF mute and power are identical across both.
The picture is only useful if it can reach the people you're fighting alongside.
A coalition operation runs on networks that are deliberately kept apart. Cross domain solutions are what let the TAC line move information between classification levels and out to allied and partner nations — without collapsing the separation that makes each level trustworthy in the first place.
Guarded transfer
Information crosses through a controlled path, not a cable someone plugged in. Each direction is deliberate and governed by policy, so the boundary stays a boundary.
Data filtering
What crosses is filtered against the rules for that release. The map, the sensor feed or the file goes; everything not cleared to move stays where it is.
Inspection
Content is inspected in transit rather than trusted on assertion — which is what makes a release defensible when someone asks about it afterwards.
In one case
Up to 3 classifications
Isolated switching, no second system in the room

Cross domain configurations are specified per deployment and per accreditation. Tell us the domains you need to bridge and we'll walk you through what applies.
Lecture halls, operating theatres, forward positions.
The same pipeline, specified across education, healthcare, enterprise and defense.
End-to-end video capture and distribution, in one rack unit.
Away from the TAC line, MediaPOINTE Digital Media Recorders offer modular end-to-end video capture and distribution systems that meet the varied needs of customers across diverse applications. Content is recorded, saved in a range of formats, played back locally, and streamed live or on demand over your network.
Multi-source recording
Merge two cameras and a graphics feed into a single multi-image recording — the presenter and the slides, together, at up to 1920×1080.
Keycard Automation
KAS is our patent-pending system for automating content creation, management, and distribution, built into the DMR HD PRO and the HD Webcaster.
Built for regulated networks
Multi-user account security on the recorders, secure content folders on the players, and a Keycard Automation System that complies with government privacy regulations including HIPAA.
No client software
Viewers browse the archive and watch live streams through a standard web browser — no client software involved.

The systems are designed and built in Camarillo, so the person you reach about one has seen it before. That covers specifying the right system for the room, commissioning it onsite or remotely, and looking after it once it's in.
Service coverage depends on the system and how it's deployed — tell us what you're running and we'll tell you what applies.
Tell us what you need to capture.
A lecture hall, an operating theatre, a boardroom, a store floor, or a forward operating position. We'll tell you which system fits and what it takes to install it.
